Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us first at support@charlotte-kensington.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and confirm the correct return address before you send the parcel.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Return Address

Returns must be sent only to the return address confirmed by our support team. Depending on the item and fulfilment route, this may be a return processing address used by one of our fulfilment partners and may be different from our registered business address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include clear photos, your order number and a short description of the issue so we can assess the matter and help resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, personalised jewellery and gift cards. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or other pierced jewellery unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law. Final sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
